It is essential to mention that the most successful introverts also can behave like extraverts. The ability to pretend is a very important tool in the leaderââ¬â¢s arsenal. Sometimes the restrained style of leadership of the founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg seemed rather disadvantageous than advantageous.
